Terms and Conditions: The PIE Presents - AI and International Education
The PIE Presents - AI and International Education, is open to anyone involved with the international education industry.
PIE reserves the right at any time and from time to time to cancel, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the event or any feature thereof (including without limitation these Terms and Conditions) with or without prior notice and without liability to any third party (save as may be set out herein).
PIE accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of attending the event. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of PIE under law for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
PIE shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to the event where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, terrorism, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another person by contacting email@example.com
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be prohibited by or adjudged by a court to be unlawful void or unenforceable such provision shall to the extent required be severed from these Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances or the validity or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
